About Me

My Work

Since I was a girl, I have loved creating characters, times, places and events, recording them on paper to be read by others. I love the click of typerwriter keys and the ding of the bell. I love the smell of old books and the hidden, worlds within, often spending hours lost in them on rainy afternoons. When I was nine, I started my first manuscript and finished it at fourteen. Over the years, while raising my children and working, as a secretary, CNA, Patient Care Technician and Cellular Operator/Analyzer for a major cell phone manufacturer, and finally, Retail Manager, I never gave up on my dream to be a writer. But nothing was ever as satisfying as writing. So, in 2012, after reaquianting myself with an old manuscript, I enrolled in the prestigious Creative Writing Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University and was accepted on my first try. During this time, I grew as a writer, falling deeper in love with the craft of writing and upon graduation in 2015, I finally realized my dream to be a full time writer and I have not looked back.

Currently, I am in the final revision stage on my first historical fiction novel, the first in a trilogy to be completed no later than 31 December 2025 and this is just the beginning. For a writer never stops dreaming. So, come along with me as I take this journey!

A goal without a deadline is just a dream.
